925. Congo, Pointe Noire, 2007 Xiang Yang Yé, is known in Congo as Philippe. He is having here a very animated discussion regarding payments with the former owner of the Bel Air restaurant that he and his sister have bought on the beachfront of Point Noire, the major commercial and oil city of the country. Philippe left China at 17 and joined the French foreign legion. He was based in Djibouti and has fought in Iraq in 1991. In 2002 he came to help his sister Jessica with her many businesses in Congo, where his military experience can come in handy.
