The Chinese construction company CSCEC, giant of the sector with 122.000 workers in China, is building thousands of apartments, at record-breaking speed, for the Algerian government that is facing an unprecedented housing shortage. CSCEC has built 30.000 of the 55.000 apartments of this nation wide housing project.
